My Story

A team of 8 personnel from across the Defence College of Technical Training (DCTT) will be taking on the JOGLE challenge, Cycling from John o’ Groats to Land’s End, covering around 1,000 miles in 10 days in aid to raise money for the REME Charity.

This is a significant physical and mental challenge, but it’s being done to give back to the REME family and support those who need it most.

Why the REME Charity

The REME Charity provides vital support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families. This includes:

  1. Financial assistance during hardship.
  2. Support for recovery and rehabilitation.
  3. Help with transition to civilian life.
  4. Ongoing support to families and veterans.

Why It Matters

Funds raised will go directly towards supporting members of the Corps facing real challenges; ensuring they receive the help they need, and importantly when they need it.

This is about looking after our own and reinforcing the strength of the REME community. Every mile ridden contributes to making a difference so please donate whatever you can spare.
