My Story

I have been the Unit Welfare Officer for 5Bn REME for almost a year and a half. In that time my team and I have called on the REME charity for support on several occasions and they have always supported our personnel and I wanted to do something to give back. 

I've done triathlons previously, but not for several years, so wanting to complete an Ironman and raise money for the REME seemed like an obvious yet suitable challenge.

I have an ambitious target, but go big or go home!
